We’ll start with a short travel inquiry form and a quick consultation call - just to make sure we fully "get" you. From there, we'll design a custom concept perfectly tailored to you—whether it’s a relaxing all-inclusive escape, an ocean cruise, or an immersive European adventure.​ You’ll choose the level of travel planning service that fits best—from full-service, hands-on trip management to expert guidance for independent travelers. We think of this as a team effort.

Our service levels allow you to select how much hand-holding you wish to have through your planning process. From our full-service trip design to custom itinerary curation, each level of service is tailored to your preferences and chosen level of investment.
No matter which you choose, every client receives a complimentary discovery call, expertly selected accommodations, in-travel support, and personalized guidance on travel logistics, documentation, and entry requirements—all backed by the exceptional care and expertise that defines the

CHAT
We will schedule a time to discuss your trip's "must haves." We promise it won't take long! If clarification is needed we will email or meet again.

PROPOSAL
Based on our conversations, we will work with our partners to create a quote that we believe will include all you are looking for.
04.
FINALIZE
Once you've fallen in love with the trip we created, we will send you secure links to finalize payment along with any agreements. Deposit amounts and payment policies are dependent on vendors.
05.
THE DETAILS
Depending on your selected level of service, we may include restaurant reservations, spa appointments, & additional tips. Around one month prior to travel, you will receive travel documents.
06.
AFTER THE TRIP
Once you return, you will receive an email asking for feedback on our services, as well as our vendors. We are also available to meet.
